A high quality, superior Smart Ring that exceeds my expectations cognisant of its cost. It more than matches design and performance criterion for Smart Rings 4x’s the HerzP1 cost. Whilst only used for a few days, the App is easy to use and accurately documents a range of health and activity actions. As a COPD sufferer the HerzP1 greatly assists me in monitoring important information about my heart and breathing. A great purchase at a great price leaving competitors in its wake. Shipping and arrival was really quick. Set up in the app was easy. The ring is comfortable to wear, I don't find myself messing with it like I do other rings I wear. And you can't go wrong with a simple, shiny, silver band! I look forward to seeing what it has to say about me!

Just got it haven’t used yet

It was easy to order and the ring sizing was accurate. So far (2 hours since placement), everything is great... app was easy to setup, included instructions are easy to follow, charging the ring was hassle-free (using the charging case that I also purchased * plan to use included charger for additional charging for next hour or so) & initial stress, oxygen, and heart rates test runs worked well. Getting alerts about the ring's battery level, too. So far So Great!

So far it has been easy to set up. It fits comfortably, but is lighter than I expected, which is a non-issue. I've had several emails while waiting for the ring to arrive so I feel well supported already. Not sure how it will work yet, as it is charging.

Ordered 2 rings and 2 cases. Rings came quickly. I called and was told cases are backorder but to b e shipped within a week. Very friendly and helpful service.

I purchased this as a replacement for the Fitbit Smartwatch that I have worn for several years. I have worn this for a couple of weeks now and find it comfortable to wear and informative. The monitoring is presented in an easy to follow format that allows me to compare the data over several days. I purchased one for my wife and daughter at the same time and they both needed a size larger. The exchange process was smooth. I did need to pay for the return shipping, but they processed the exchange once I provided them the tracking number of the two rings I sent back. Customer service has been excellent and I have already recommended the Herz P1 Smart Ring to friends and coworkers.
