The overall experience was good. Although some of the data doesn't transfer 100% with google connect, and the sleep score needs to be fixed, the app itself covers all the bases fairly well. When I received my ring, it fit tighter than it should have, but the customer service team helped me replace it in a timely manner.

I borrowed the Oura ring from a friend and loved it it but didn’t want to pay so much. I searched for an equivalent and found the Herz P1 ring. I searched it up and wore it last night. I am thrilled with the report on my sleep pattern. I am hoping that it has a lot of the features of the Oura.

Though it took quite some time to receive my order, i would like to point out that the company refunded a charge of $99 that was not supposed to happen - BEFORE I even noticed. Thank you for that! Responses to emails were prompt and I was kept informed about back order in the explanation of the delay and for that communication i appreciate. After downloading the app, it’s quite simple to use. I have played around with it to see how all the features work and it seems to be very user friendly. The ring i ordered is a tad big, it stays on my pointer finger though id prefer a tighter fit. I measured repeatedly as instructed to choose appropriate size so I must of been a little off?? It’s pretty, and the covers for it were simple to put on. It feels odd right now to wear but then again i don’t wear any rings on my right hand. So far so good. 4 stars for the fit being off. Everything else is great.

I haven’t been able to use it yet since it is charging, but it’s super easy to set up and the app is nice and minimal. The fit is comfortable and I’m looking forward to track my health without a screen to distract me.
