To measure, you will need a strip of paper, scissors, a pen, and a ruler or measuring tape. For optimal comfort and sleep tracking, wear the Herz P1 Smart Ring on your index, middle, or ring finger. Ensure a snug fit, not too tight or loose.
Use a strip of paper around the thickest part of the finger and pull it tight
Mark the intersection with a pen
Remove the strip or string, straighten it, and measure the length to the mark for the circumference
Use measured circumference of your preferred finger and pick your size and above table
If you’re between sizes, pick the size that slides over your knuckle comfortably and use a spacer to fine-tune the fit.

So far so good only arrived this morning so not had it on long enough yet to understand or test out the full range of what this ring can do. I love the fit & the colour I chose (gold), glad I opted for that one now & not black.
I just received it and started using it now. So far it feels good. I was a little bit worried if that ring might not fit my fingers, but it's fine, it fits well. I'm really looking forward to keep using it and the results!
I was a little disappointed that they did not have the rose gold, but the ring fits well. The app was easy to install and set up and so far I’m very satisfied, especially for the price.
