I followed the sizing guide, but it wasn’t the best so the size I ordered was too big. Customer service was great though and I was able to exchange for a smaller size easily. Fair warning though you will have to pay to ship it back. I just received my new ring and the fit is great. My only complaint so far is processing/shipping times. It is much longer than 3-5 days. However again customer service was great once I reached out about the delay in refunding me. So I had to give 4 stars for long processing of the return and lack of reaching out first when there was a supply issue and shipping took longer for the first order.

It's good for the value. This is a replacement since my first one has been spotty tracking steps. Otherwise, it's been great! And it's comfortable.

Easy to use app. Great customer service. Fits well. Had to buy new one as the last one needed almost daily charging. Wish one could re-order the (extensive) list of exercises. Sleeping function could use some tweaking. Overall a great deal for the money.

The ring has exceeded expectations for accuracy and battery life. It's generally comfortable, but don't trust wearing it for manual labor tasks. I like that the data syncs to the app and not a website.

Very difficult ordering correct size on line find mine slightly big so hopefully it will still work ok. Great value if works well, yet to try. Excited to get set up

Love it so far! However from my initial order date, and then returning (right away) for a smaller size, to get the second ring was over a month! Very disappointing and not a lot of communication unless initiated by me about what was going on. However, it did come and now I’m wearing it!

Only just received it, but set up was easy. Been wearing it about a day. It's tracking well. It's comfortable to wear and stylishat the same time. I'm very happy I don't have to pay a subscription for my own data. Good price, too! I like getting real-time heart rate and blood o2. Tracked sleep seamlessly. It's tracking useful data and presented in an helpful format in the app. Shipping was slow, though. Customer service has been good. I needed to exchange for another size and they were right on it. So far I like it. I hope it is durable.
