Quick shipping, great customer service

This is my second ring after the first failed after 8 months….. delivery took a while considering it was in the same city. Must have liked it since I ordered another one! Hopeful it lasts longer.

Easy to set up and link with the Health Connect App. The instructions could be a little more clear on how to use the app, and it would be nice if during the app setup it asked you what measuring system you wanted to use (imperial or metric) instead of defaulting to metric.

Fast shipping just setting up now

Shipping was fairly quick, about 2 weeks. The ring size I chose fit well and is comfortable. There wasn’t much to do for set up. This is the first day, so, so far, so good!

So far the ring seems to work, however when they say "ships in 1-2 days" they mean will be despatched in 3-6 days and we don't care how long it takes after that. Too early to have an opinion on the ring itself yet

Measurement is a little off and ring is a little looser than expected. Was expecting ring to come charged to set up and pair right away. Otherwise set up seems fairly straightforward. Just not finished until ring charges. Not sure yet!

Comfortable fit. Packages were crushed during delivery. Need to exchange other ring in order for bigger size.

I would like to see the entire sleep data for the night and not just a portion.

Just charging it now.. so far all good. Quick shipping, fit and color good.

Size was smaller than expected even though i used the measuring system suggested at the ordering process.

Nice looking, comfortable, light and a great value; first wear lasted just 3 days. Thought it would do between 4 or 5 days? I’m continuing my testing
