Comfortable fit. Packages were crushed during delivery. Need to exchange other ring in order for bigger size.

I disliked shipping speed but mostly I disliked the fitting process. The measurement guide was two sizes bigger than appropriate. It suggested I wear a 9. A 7 is actually comfortable.

The staff had been so wonderful to communicate with and work on returning to get the right size. I love this ring and how easy it is, my only qualm is that it’s a smidge bulkier than I anticipated so it can be slightly uncomfortable if my fingers get squeezed, but there are worse things

Only have it one day but the shipping speed was good with steady communication. The app and set up process is average. The fit was accurate to ring sizers. More to be determined after wearing it for a couple weeks and gauging the accuracy plus tracking with the app.

Shipping took a long time but it seems like good quality. I have not used it yet though.

I had a slow start but now that it’s up and running, I love it!!! The customer service was very helpful! My husband had an easy time and is enjoying it. It monitors very well.
