I’ve only had the ring for a day so it's hard to give more or less stars at this point. Processing the order and shipping took a long time. Arrived in a quality box. The start up was easy. Downloading the app was easy. Disliked that everything defaulted to cm and kg during initial setup and I had to hunt down how to change that later on. So far accuracy seems about on par with the Garmin fitness watch for HR, stress, and sleep. Quality of the ring seems nice now but unknown how it will hold up long term. It is comfortable to wear. And the overall price for it seems like a great value if it is able to maintain accuracy as well as normal wear and tear.

Received for Christmas and this ring so far has had great insights and information. Purchased more after Christmas for family.

One ring was used and came with the wrong charger. The other ring was OK, but unable to find a heartbeat.

First ring was too small even though I ordered in my ring size. Second ring fits perfectly so definitely recommend sizing up. The design is stylish and it’s super easy to set up and pair with the app. Looking forward to seeing how it really works.

Comfortable fit!

Had to send the first one back. It was too big. Replacement is still a little big but fits my middle finger so I’m keeping it. Still charging. Can’t wait to start using it.

The ring itself great 5 star, however, they charge me extra for a second charging case that I did not order and with one charging case they said shipping would be free so I was charged $20 for the second charging case and the shipping. I thought that was dead WRONG and I’m not happy about it. I would give five stars to the Ring I’d give zero to customer service. They never answered the phone. I was never given an opportunity to get my money back or send this charging case back. It’s never been opened and probably never will be.

So far I’m liking it, but need about a weeks worth of data to see if I really like it. It’s comfortable.

The shipping was a little longer than I expected but the color is nice and sizing appears accurate. I hope the measurements are good
