Easy to set up. User friendly approach. Great instructions

I like the user friendly app that provides accurate readings. It also allows you to track calories through the app.

Excellent piece of kit, great design easy setup very easy app to use. Provides a wealth of useful body composition information and the build quality is top notch. I really like the fact there’s no monthly subscription which a lot of other comparable scales have. In conclusion I’m extremely pleased with my purchase.

Great design, easy-to-use but I do wish it the app gave you more information about each metric. Ideally more graphs that are easy to understand. Meal tracking is confusing and not accurate or maybe I’m not understanding correctly. Logging a rice cake with avocado was complicated to do. Then it told me I had 500 kcal which was like half of my calories per day?! I don’t know. I’m confused.

The setup was quick and easy. My grandson was able to get it running in a few mins with no hassle. And the data that is shown is very informative.

So far I am very pleased. The app appears to be user friendly except for logging meals. The log is extremely difficult to use and doesn’t allow for multiple food additions for each meal. Please fix! The Bluetooth connection was successful. Looking forward to managing my health with my new smart scale. Hoping the meal log becomes more useful with an app update

The scale itself is great. If that's the only HERZ P1 product you're planning on using, go for it. I bought the ring just after Christmas and just recently I wanted to add the scale for more biometric data, so I bought it. They use two separate apps, sure I can connect to Apple health but I don't wear my watch 100% of the time. I don't understand the two separate apps that don't integrate. If HERZ gets both the ring and the scale and all their products really, in one app this rating would go to 5.

Didn't like: Asked a question but never received an answer. Liked the price.

Easy setup, sleek design. The metrics provided are easy to read and understand.

So far, I think it’s a good product, but the app needs a little work in the nutrition section. Logging your food and having ease of use to do so. It doesn’t log things properly. The read out from the scale is straightforward and helpful.
