Excellent product, very fast wifi connection, quality material and most importantly, it provide/ deliver intensive/ comprehensive biometric measurement to my surprise it gives me suggestion for better weight/ health managment

This is the best scale I have ever owned. My other scales you would have to weigh several times I usually would take the middle number and track it. I don’t care how many times I step on the scale. The weight is always the same within that five minute period of getting off and on, and I love the other things on it for measurements for your rest of your body health took me a minute to figure out how to use it, but I’m 65 years old and not real high-tech savvy I would recommend this scale to anybody. Most accurate scale I’ve ever owned.

I just started using the scale today. The reading you get is thorough and I am completely intrigued to have that much info. I need to use it for a while then I can give an update from experience.

Just received the scale and noted when I opened the package that I had received 2 scales. I mistakenly had ordered 2 scales. Called customer support and they were very helpful and the extra scale is on the way back. I was impressed with the service and had a real person helping me.

The Smart Scale was easy to set up out of the box and to connect to the app. In just a few minutes of other arriving I had more data about my health than I've ever had before. To get info on other just on your weight and BMI, but muscle mass and fat % is extremely helpful. Very happy with the purchase.

User- friendly app

Very smart sleek design, very impressive information output, very pleased, easy to enter multiple users, although Bluetooth and email set up were both challenging.

Not sure yet, just setting it up for use. At first glance I like the appearance of the scale.

Weight seems accurate. Not sure ideal weight is accurate.

Not sure why I bought a recharging cable from you when the scale isn’t rechargable. So far seems to work.

So far I am very pleased. The app appears to be user friendly except for logging meals. The log is extremely difficult to use and doesn’t allow for multiple food additions for each meal. Please fix! The Bluetooth connection was successful. Looking forward to managing my health with my new smart scale. Hoping the meal log becomes more useful with an app update

The scale itself is great. If that's the only HERZ P1 product you're planning on using, go for it. I bought the ring just after Christmas and just recently I wanted to add the scale for more biometric data, so I bought it. They use two separate apps, sure I can connect to Apple health but I don't wear my watch 100% of the time. I don't understand the two separate apps that don't integrate. If HERZ gets both the ring and the scale and all their products really, in one app this rating would go to 5.
