Step 1: Use the Sizing Kit
Your sizing kit includes 8 placeholder rings in sizes 6–13.
Choose a sizing ring and try it on your index, middle, or ring finger for the most accurate health tracking.
Step 2: Check the Fit
Once the ring is on:

Make a fist and then open your hand.

Move your fingers naturally.

The ring should feel secure and comfortable.

It shouldn't be too tight, but it should be snug enough that it doesn't slide off easily.
Step 3: Wear It for 24 Hours
We recommend wearing the sizing ring for a full 24 hours.
Your fingers naturally expand and contract throughout the day, so this helps ensure you choose the best fit.
Step 4: Order Your Smart Ring
After confirming your size:

Flip the sizing kit box over.

Find and scan the custom QR code using your phone camera.

You'll be taken directly to the store page with an automatic 10% discount applied.
