  3. Slide the wrist cuff onto your wrist, about 1 cm above the wrist bone.

  4. Tighten so it is snug but not too tight—you should feel gentle pressure.

  5. Keep your palm facing up and remain still during the measurement.

Tip: Relax for 5 minutes before measuring for the most accurate results.

How to Take a Measurement

  1. Press the Start/Stop button on the device.

  2. The cuff will inflate automatically.

  3. Stay still and do not talk while the device measures.

  4. When the measurement is complete, the cuff deflates automatically, and your reading appears on the screen.

  5. Memory: The device stores your reading automatically for later review.

How to Read Your Results

The LCD display shows:

  • Systolic pressure (top number) – pressure when the heart beats.

  • Diastolic pressure (bottom number) – pressure when the heart rests.

  • Pulse rate – your heartbeats per minute.

  • Irregular Heartbeat Indicator – if the monitor detects irregular heartbeats.

Example Reading:

  • 120 / 80 mmHg, Pulse: 72 bpm

Tip: If your reading is unusually high or low, relax and measure again. Track trends rather than single readings.
