I like how it’s an easy startup.

This plate is awesome!!! I love that it has 99+ exercise options. I added the remote & resistance straps. Very impressed with the overall product.

My overall experience has been good. I wish it came with more information as to how to utilize the exercises and what results can be expected. A training manual to accompany the exercises. How to use the trainer properly without injury to self. That would have been greatly appreciated. I guess I have to use the internet to find such information.

Fantastic device and powerful vibrations
